Office Manager
Aimee has been with Tip Top from day one, managing our office operations and serving as the main contact for the county, employees, and parents. She coordinates route coverage, keeping daily operations organized.
Safety Officer and Driver Trainer
Sal has been our safety officer and driver trainer for six years, leading our CDL training and HCPSS certification classes. His hands-on training approach ensures our drivers are well-prepared and safe.
Lot Manager
Wendy has managed our lot for 12 years, overseeing daily vehicle assignments and handling supplies. Her attention to detail ensures our buses are ready to roll each day.
Lot Manager
Terry is another lot manager who handles vehicle repairs and keeps our lot in excellent condition. His reliability keeps the fleet running smoothly and the lot organized.
General Manager
Dylan, as general manager for 10 years, supports all aspects of daily operations. He ensures the team operates efficiently and effectively responds to challenges.
Founder and Owner
Jeff, Tip Top's founder, started the company in the early 2000s with a vision of becoming one of Howard County's leading transportation contractors. Under his leadership, Tip Top has grown steadily and earned the trust of the community.
