For over 20 years, Tip Top Transportation has been a proud family-owned business serving Howard County. What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted name in school transportation — while keeping the personalized service and community values we started with.
We hire locally and create opportunities for our neighbors. Many of our drivers and staff are Howard County residents who share our dedication to safety and reliability.

Sal leads our CDL training and HCPSS certification classes. His hands-on training approach ensures every driver is well-prepared and safe.

Lot Manager
Wendy has managed our lot for 12 years, overseeing daily vehicle assignments. Her attention to detail keeps our buses ready to roll.

Lot Manager
Terry handles vehicle repairs and keeps our lot in excellent condition. His reliability keeps the fleet running smoothly day after day.

General Manager
Dylan has served as general manager for 10 years, supporting every aspect of daily operations and ensuring the team runs efficiently.

Jeff founded Tip Top in the early 2000s with a vision of becoming one of Howard County's leading transportation contractors — a vision he's built steadily ever since.
